Coffee Barista Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Coffee Barista Coordinator to join our team at 7Crew Enterprises. As a Coffee Barista Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and crafting high-quality beverages with precision and passion.

About the Role:

• Assist customers in selecting drinks that meet their preferences
• Create customized beverage orders using our point-of-sale system
• Prepare and serve coffee drinks, teas, and other specialty beverages
• Conduct cash handling and maintain accurate change procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs, ensuring personalized service and building strong relationships.
2. Beverage Preparation: Prepare high-quality beverages according to our menu and recipes, utilizing precise measurements and techniques.
3. Point-of-Sale Operations: Accurately operate our point-of-sale system to process transactions and manage inventory.
4. Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card transactions, and mobile payments securely and efficiently.
5. Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a fast-paced customer service or food service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
