  • Lead and Manage the Front-End Department: Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the front-end department, including cash handling, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Drive Sales and Profit Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profit growth, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and control inventory levels, manage supply expenses, and ensure that the department is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming shopping environment, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Cash Handling and Sales: Oversee cash handling procedures, manage sales and cash items, and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Promotions: Collaborate with store management to develop and implement sales promotions, including in-store displays, advertising, and pricing strategies.
