Due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking for both full-time and part-time Production Assistants to support our operations.
Role Responsibilities:
The Production Assistant role offers a unique opportunity to navigate through various functions within the production department while acquiring new skills and knowledge. You will collaborate with different teams to grasp the daily operations and will engage directly with clients to coordinate projects and address any inquiries related to production.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service and communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a solid technical background. Successful candidates will gain valuable experience and knowledge that will facilitate career advancement within Advocate.
Key Responsibilities of the Production Assistant include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and effective communication
- Maintaining strong attention to detail
- Performing data entry tasks and demonstrating technical proficiency
- Exhibiting self-motivation and a strong desire to learn
- Collaborating effectively with team members as well as working independently
- Being adaptable to various tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Competency with smartphone technology
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate part-time needs
- Availability to adjust hours based on business requirements
