About the Role

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including direct nursing services, administering medications, and providing treatments as ordered. You will also oversee physician orders, supervise clinical and non-clinical team members, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review and plan resident care.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team to deliver personalized experiences and create meaningful connections with residents. Your expertise will enable you to make a significant impact on the lives of our residents, empowering them to live their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct nursing services to all residents on assigned neighborhood or program
  • Provides hands-on/on-the-job training to newly hired team members and retraining as assigned
  • Oversee physician orders, verify orders, administer medications, and provide treatments according to orders
  • Supervise and provide leadership to clinical and non-clinical team members
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certifications and Registered Nurse license required by state regulations
  • One year of nursing experience in a long-term facility preferred
