- Utilize company tools such as financial reports and inventory systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of department appearance, quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Understand and implement scheduling, sales projections, and all necessary operational functions.
- Identify and rectify unsafe conditions to prevent accidents.
- Document and report any incidents involving associates or customers in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Uphold security standards within the store.
- Complete required training programs and courses.
- Recognize team achievements and provide constructive feedback to foster service excellence and sales growth.
- Welcome each customer warmly, using their name when possible.
- Assist customers in need by offering to take their orders to their vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking area.
- Report any equipment issues to the appropriate management personnel.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and merchandising preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
