Key Responsibilities- Contribute to patient assessments in collaboration with Registered Nurses
- Administer medications and monitor patient reactions
- Perform routine lab tests and therapeutic services
- Educate patients and families on disease treatment plans and self-care
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations to ensure resident safety
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse licensure prior to hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
