Administrative Coordinator

This Administrative Assistant role supports the sales team's daily operations by providing administrative assistance for team projects and departmental goals. The successful candidate will have a proven background in administrative roles, with relevant experience preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills, as well as technical proficiency in using Outlook, Word, and Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus. The role requires adaptability, comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to adjust priorities as needed.

In addition to administrative tasks, the candidate will perform various office duties, including order and quote management, document organization, Pro Forma preparation, shipment and invoice verification, and transaction processing.
