Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality post-acute care as an LPN
  • Monitor residents' physical and mental health, including vital signs
  • Conduct resident intakes and document health concerns and medical histories
  • Review and maintain accurate medical records and charts
  • Assist in maintaining adequate medical supplies
  • Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for all residents
  • Support medical staff with IV setups, vaccinations, and phlebotomy tasks
  • Adhere to care plans and ensure accountability in resident care
  • Assist in the orientation and training of new medical staff
