Job Summary:

Mitchell Martin Inc. is seeking an IT Manufacturing Lead to oversee a team of IT professionals supporting SAP solutions and other applications for manufacturing operations. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to align SAP solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project portfolio, aligning business requirements with SAP solutions to drive manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee system configurations, design specifications, and test plans to ensure seamless integration and standardization.
  • Lead process improvements and implement solutions to meet manufacturing goals in safety, quality, and cost.
  • Partner with Operations, Program Management, and other SAP areas to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in SAP Manufacturing and PM.
  • Preferred experience in S/4 HANA and supporting applications (e.g., MES, Aspentech IP21).
  • Experience with TrakSYS and project portfolio management is a plus.
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and business acumen skills.
