Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by building loyalty and repeat business, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and check merchandise to ensure all items are received and in acceptable condition. Stock, clean, and sort pharmacy products to maintain a well-organized inventory.
  • Health Aids Department Maintenance: Maintain the health aids department, including restocking, cleaning, and organizing products.
  • Technology and Adaptability: Learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis, and adapt to new or changing work roles and job responsibilities as required.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Willing to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed, and demonstrate good attendance and punctuality to fulfill essential job functions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to maintain patient confidentiality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
