Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support for commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Advise on regulatory compliance, including International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
  • Handle litigation matters, including managing external counsel.
  • Protect the company's intellectual property rights.
  • Review, interpret, and advise on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Purchase Orders (POs) from US government agencies.
  • Develop and implement legal compliance and risk management strategies.
  • Review procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or non-compliance issues.
  • Provide legal advice and support to the executive team on a wide range of legal and business matters.
Requirements
  • A Law degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 4+ years of securities/corporate law experience.
  • Experience as an in-house legal counsel, preferably in a technology company.
  • At least 2 years of legal experience in technology.
  • Extensive experience in reviewing, interpreting, and advising on RFPs and POs.
  • Familiarity with International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
  • Experience working with government agencies.
  • The ability to review procedures and reports to identify hidden risks or non-compliance issues.
  • A strong background in space robotics is a plus.
