Job Title: Lifestyle Director - Active Adult Community

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Director to join our team at an active adult community in the Waxhaw, NC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a world-class lifestyle program for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive events calendar, including activities, classes, sports, and healthy living programs
  • Implement a communications plan to engage residents and promote community events
  • Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance community programs
  • Recruit and manage volunteers to support community events and programs
  • Oversee facility scheduling and maintenance
  • Manage program budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and respond to their needs
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in lifestyle program management or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Detail-oriented and organized
