We are on the lookout for a friendly and customer-oriented Client Relationship Specialist to become a part of our team. In this position, you will be tasked with cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with our clients, identifying their financial requirements, and delivering tailored banking solutions. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities, a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with individuals, and a keen eye for detail. Furthermore, you should be adept at learning and utilizing banking software and Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage with clients.
  • Execute transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions alongside daily responsibilities.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency by balancing daily transactions.
  • Initiate new accounts and perform maintenance on existing accounts.
  • Promote products and services when suitable.
  • Address or resolve client inquiries.
  • Familiarize and advocate for electronic and mobile banking services.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should hold a High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years of experience in customer service is advantageous. Previous experience in banking is highly preferred.

Work Schedule:

Regular hours from Monday to Friday, with starting times that may vary between 7:30 a.m. and 8:15 a.m., concluding at either 4:15 p.m. or 5:00 p.m., including a Saturday morning rotation.
