*Immediate and Permanent Positions Available*

Full-Time Schedule: 8am-4:30pm, Monday to Friday - $22 to $27 per hour, based on experience - Candidates must be open to travel between various facilities and occasionally outside the local area. Travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Our team is engaged in construction projects across skilled nursing and residential facilities in the surrounding regions. Applicants must be prepared to undergo a comprehensive background check to meet eligibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities of the Construction Team Member:

  • Install and secure wallboard or drywall
  • Perform flooring and ceramic tile installations
  • Finish, tape, and mud seams of drywall
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, including the removal of old paint
  • Conduct general electrical installations or maintenance
  • Carry out carpentry repairs and painting tasks
  • Perform basic plumbing repairs and replacements

Qualifications for the General Construction Team Member:

  • Experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades
  • Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, and a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a thorough background screening, including fingerprinting and Motor Vehicle checks
  • Willingness to be COVID vaccinated or provide a valid Medical or Religious exemption in writing
  • Eligibility to work in a healthcare environment; may require fingerprinting if not previously determined eligible
