Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Walterboro. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all who stay with us.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurate.
- Room Assignments: Assign rooms to guests based on their preferences and availability, ensuring all rooms meet the hotel's quality standards.
- Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
