Key Responsibilities
  • Attend all quality and core curriculum classes
  • Participate in professional development workshops and peer support groups
  • Successfully complete all clinical competencies and validation requirements
  • Work under the direct and indirect supervision of the Clinical Education Team
  • Refine nursing knowledge and skills
Accountabilities
  • Collect patient data and complete required forms
  • Identify patient's problems/needs and set priorities
  • Develop a plan of care based on nursing process
  • Implement and manage care provided
  • Evaluate patient care measures instituted
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing required
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing
  • Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina
  • BLS required
