**Job Description**
We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
**Responsibilities**
Provide quick and friendly customer service to our guests within the car wash.
Exceed guest expectations by delivering a high-quality experience.
Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems.
Oversee all property aesthetics to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
Create and retain new customer relations, including monthly wash packages.
Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash and grounds.
Monitor the wash quality of the vehicle.
L learn and uphold the WE OWN IT culture.
**Requirements**
The successful candidate will have a winning attitude, be willing to work hard, build relationships, and love people.
Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
