As a Process Excellence Analyst, you will analyze and assess comprehensive data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements that contribute to cost savings and improved productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize and develop data analytics to generate metrics that facilitate informed decision-making; collaborate with Finance and other departments as necessary.
  • Assist the Manager of Process Excellence & Analytics with significant projects and strategic planning related to the operations of the Store Development, Leasing & Facilities Support division.
  • Design and maintain reports, presentations, and dashboards to track project initiatives; communicate findings to executive leadership and address any feedback.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and other teams to automate and streamline data integration into the dashboard environment.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of published reports and dashboards.
  • Engage with dashboard contributors to resolve outstanding issues and gather feedback on project processes and content.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for the reporting dashboard environment.
  • Identify business opportunities that promote efficiency and continuous improvement; work with the Manager of Process Excellence to assess feasibility.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary to align with business needs and uphold our core values.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or report writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic programming concepts useful for scripting and automation within Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams to solve problems.
  • Business acumen, preferably with experience in retail or sustainability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with programming/coding (Power Query, M, DAX, SQL).
