Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist II

Sutter Health is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist II to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assisting in the organization, supervision, and training activities of the technical operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the organization and supervision of the technical operation
  • Train and supervise technical staff
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Completion of a nuclear medicine technologist training program
  • ARRT - Radiography certification
  • NMT-Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification
  • California Department of Public Health- Nuclear Medicine Technologist License/permit
Preferred Experience:
  • One year experience in an acute care hospital
  • 3-5 years clinical nuclear medicine experience
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Sound understanding of anatomical positioning
  • Ability to analyze difficult situations and react properly
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and communicate confidential patient information
Work Schedule:

Varied schedule, including rotating weekends
