Role Overview:

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in guiding our warehouse team, ensuring that our communities are served effectively by managing the timely delivery of essential materials for clean water and climate control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to efficiently receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials, maintaining high inventory standards.
• Ensure accuracy in customer deliveries by verifying all loads.

• Oversee the proper loading and unloading of materials from trucks while maintaining inventory control.

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold professionalism at all times.

Qualifications for Success:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including materials handling and stocking.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Opportunities for Growth:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of our product lines.

• Obtain Forklift Certification.

• Develop skills and knowledge that can lead to advancement into leadership roles, CDL driving positions, or sales opportunities.

Additional physical demands of this role include the ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds or more, as well as working in various indoor and outdoor environments as required. Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Attendance: Ability to adhere to scheduled workdays and hours, maintaining an onsite presence as required.
  • Physical Abilities: Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, along with prolonged periods of sitting and standing, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking.
  • Office Equipment Operation: Competence in using standard office equipment, including computers and copiers, while demonstrating manual dexterity and near vision.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in both oral and written communication, including clarity of speech and comprehension.
  • Mental Capacities: Ability to demonstrate achievement, active listening, adaptability, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective time management.
