Responsibilities

As an Advanced Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new medical devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Identify and research new vendors/processes to manufacture components
  • Assist in initial design of fixtures and processes to assemble components
  • Create new product assembly instructions
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Highly proficient in mechanical design (design of components, mechanism, gears)
  • High Proficiency using software like 3D CAD to design mechanisms; SolidWorks preferred (3D design & surfacing), Matlab, Finite Element Analysis (such as Ansys/ Pro Mechanica)
