Logistics Coordinator

Are you motivated to deliver great results and customer service? Do you enjoy working with people? We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Kuehne + Nagel in Southaven, Mississippi.
Your Role
You will report to a Supervisor and use a WMS (Warehouse Management System) to work with receivers to supply paperwork and create reporting for all shipping and receiving activities.
You will work Monday - Friday, 3:30 pm - 12:00 am and will be paid weekly at $19.50 per hour.
Your Responsibilities
- Validate and record inbound and outbound data manually and systematically (WMS)
- Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments
- Ensure accuracy, prepare and create pick list, packing list, and POD (Point of Delivery) recovery for inbound or outbound activities
- Communicate with carriers, customer, operations, and management
- Perform clerical responsibilities such as filing, inbound/outbound phone calls, use of radio, data entry
- Verify and receive product into inventory
Your Skills and Experiences
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of order entry systems
- WMS and customer service experience
- Can walk or stand for extended periods of time while wearing steel toe or composite toe shoes in a non-climate-controlled environment
