We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Financial Services Director to join our team at Associated Bank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.

With 3-5 years of progressive responsibility within a financial organization, you will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading high-performing teams. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to identify opportunities to grow our business. You will work closely with internal departments to offer a variety of products and services to customers and prospects, and will be responsible for managing new hire onboarding and ensuring all colleagues are highly engaged and developed.

This role requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z. Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering and S.A.F.E. Act requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage new hire onboarding and ensure all colleagues are highly engaged and developed.
  • Work closely with internal departments to offer a variety of products and services to customers and prospects.
  • Identify opportunities to grow our business and develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years Demonstrated leadership and/or supervisory.
  • 3-5 years Progressive responsibility within a financial organization to gain the necessary experience and background to manage a branch and deal effectively with colleague and customer relations matters.
  • 2-4 years Sales Experience.
