Lead Counselor

Pinnacle Treatment Centers is a leading provider of addiction treatment services, touching the lives of over 30,000 patients daily. As a Lead Counselor with our team, you will play a critical role in saving lives by providing counseling services to assigned clients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

You will partner with the Clinical Director and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for residents. This includes assessing client needs, developing discharge plans, documenting services, and maintaining caseloads.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in a social science discipline
• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred
• CSAC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LSAT license preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
2. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
