Real Estate Sales Professional

A successful Real Estate Sales Professional will be responsible for listing and managing housing sales, while also networking and coordinating with buyers and sellers. This role requires excellent interpersonal and administrative skills, as well as the ability to consult with clients regarding the sales process and obtain great value for their property.
The ideal candidate will be a coachable self-starter with a great sense of creativity, able to develop unique ways of standing out to potential clients in the ever-evolving real estate market. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing are valuable assets for this role.
As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you will earn money for each transaction you complete, with the potential to earn $50,000 - $100,000 per year or more after a few years of disciplined work. The more you establish a client base, the more you will earn.
Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license, you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the real estate licensing process.Job Responsibilities- Help clients price their property well and make it marketable.
- Network with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and close transactions.
- Research your real estate market and understand the trends of home values in your area.
- Consult with clients and answer their questions and concerns before, during and after a real estate transaction.
- Mediate communications and negotiations between the home seller and purchaser.
- Actively devise marketing strategies to ensure a prompt home sale.
