Copywriter

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled Copywriter to join our team. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication plans for technology change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop targeted messages and communication materials, such as emails, newsletters, and presentations.
• Work with stakeholders to identify communication needs and develop effective communication strategies.
• Manage the Technology Communications website and social media channels.
• Train Power Up and Mini Power Up courses.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in communications, preferably in a technology setting.
• Experience with email marketing, social media, and content development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with being a trainer and facilitator for technology courses (e.g. Slack, Google Workspace, Gemini).
• Knowledge of technology trends and best practices.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
