We are committed to modernizing medicine and making health care more accessible, and we are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Richland, WA.

The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide excellent care for our patients in Employee Health services. The ideal candidate will have a love of the practice of medicine, critical thinking skills, and acute diagnostic abilities.

The successful candidate will have a background in family practice, emergency room, or urgent care, and will be able to work independently to provide quality care to our patients. We offer a manageable workload, no insurance code requirements, and no weekend or on-call expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform CDL exams
  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
  • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care or ER (preferred)
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

$115,000 - $145,000 per year
