Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years' experience managing large-scale projects or programs with a range of stakeholders, budgets, and functionality.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Project Management, Development, and Delivery Lifecycles.
  • Comfortable working in non-traditional project structures and overseeing backlogs of outcomes and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Able to coordinate multiple teams with interconnected backlogs.
  • Technical writing experience, including creation of training and job aids.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with managing projects with an IT governance focus and implementing IT governance initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data management and governance.
  • Familiarity with Development and Testing/QA processes.
  • Familiarity with Process Improvement, Process Automation, and Lean Management processes.
