About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Embedded Software Development Engineer to join our team in Lawrence, MA. This is a hybrid position that requires strong Linux and C++ skills. The successful candidate will work on the development of peritoneal dialysis devices and contribute to the creation of innovative therapy systems.

Responsibilities

">
  • Design and implement software components using C/C++
  • Develop software requirements from system/product requirements
  • Create necessary documentation for analysis of software and cybersecurity risks
  • Ensure quality through testing, code reviews, and countermeasures
  • Maintain existing product variants and develop new product features

Requirements

">
  • 5-10 years of experience in embedded software development, specifically on connected devices with product security focus
  • Demonstrated understanding of principles, theories, and concepts in software engineering
  • Experience in cybersecurity activities such as risk management, threat modeling, penetration testing, and static code analysis
  • Strong programming experience in C/C++ and scripting languages (Perl, Python)
  • Knowledge of agile software development approaches, preferably Scrum desirable

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 based on industry standards and location.
