Emergency & Critical Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Emergency Clinical Supervisor to lead our talented Emergency and Critical Care team in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
As the supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in training, administration, and cohesive teamwork on the floor. You will collaborate closely with the management team and assistant supervisor to ensure high-quality, comprehensive medical services that enhance the client and patient experience.
Your responsibilities will encompass scheduling, training, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere among team members. This role is 75% technical and 25% administrative.
What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $31-$38 per hour, pending experience and skills assessment leveling
- Potential for higher compensation based on advanced knowledge and skills
- A full-time schedule with 36-40 hours weekly, one weekend shift, and up to 3 holidays

QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess effective leadership qualities, ability to promote effective communication amongst team members, demonstrated professionalism in all interactions, and proven ability to lead by example.
The ideal candidate will have a CVT or VTS certification, associate's degree or equivalent work experience, and at least 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
You will also have strong problem-solving skills, ability to gain insight into workflow, and contribute to daily operations. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
