Job Title: HR ManagerAbout the Position

As a key member of our team at StyleKorean Inc., you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our overall business objectives. This includes managing the recruitment process, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive HR programs that support our business goals, including talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  • Employee Communications: Foster open and transparent communication with employees, ensuring they are informed about company news, policies, and procedures.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal system, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching.
  • Benefits Administration: Maintain and administer our pay plan and benefits program.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HR roles, such as HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, or similar.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Languages: Bi-lingual in both English and Korean required due to the nature of our business and products.

  • Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
