ExpectationsThis is not a takeout establishment; we do not offer wraps or sandwiches. Our kitchen operates at a high volume, serving over 300 covers, while maintaining the utmost quality standards.
Culinary OfferingsOur menu features whole fish, premium cuts of meat, and a variety of seafood, including lobster and scallops. Therefore, familiarity with fish preparation techniques is highly desirable.
