Glade Run Lutheran Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Worker to join our team in Rochester, PA. As a member of our EPIC team (Empowering People in Communities), you will play a vital role in providing group and individual skill development interventions to adults 18 years and older who are diagnosed with serious, persistent mental health disorders.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the complexities of mental health issues and have experience working with individuals who require support in managing their conditions. You will be responsible for conducting individual assessments, developing recovery plans, and implementing daily schedules for our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services program.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with current Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) Certification preferred;
  • Bachelor's degree; OR
  • An associate's degree and one (1) year work experience in mental health direct service; OR
  • A Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) certificate and one (1) additional year paid or volunteer work experience in mental health direct service; OR
  • A high school diploma or GED and two (2) years' work experience in human services which must include one (1) year of mental health direct service.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge and/or experience with individuals diagnosed with serious and persistent mental health diagnosis;
  • Ability to work as a team member;
  • Ability to accept supervision;
  • Ability to adjust hours to job requirements;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required;
  • Ability to identify with the agency's Mission Statement and support the agency's Core Values;
  • Must be eligible for PA State Police Clearance, PA Child Abuse History clearance, and FBI clearance.
