About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Marketing Operations Project Manager to join our team at Verizon. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for managing the production, execution, maintenance, and support of visual merchandising, POP, and displays for our retail experience team across Big Box, Branded, and Indirect retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure efficient implementation of materials across our physical retail landscape, from creative handoff to execution.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, tracking budget and expenses, and working with vendors to find cost-efficient merchandising solutions.
  • Develop and manage annual pack-out schedules, and establish and maintain processes for inventory management and fulfillment of marketing assets and demo products.
  • Pursue and achieve ongoing price savings and cost reductions, collaborating with relevant teams to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in prepaid wireless, marketing, operations, or retail environment.
  • Deep understanding of print and production processes.
  • Ability to prepare and lead formal presentations to all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture and make thoughtful decisions.
  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to jump into details to inform decisions.
