This role is responsible for managing production, execution, maintenance, and support of visual merchandising, POP, and displays for the retail experience team across Big Box, Branded, and Indirect retail.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring the efficient implementation of materials across our physical retail landscape, from creative hand off to execution.
- Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tracking budget and expenses of projects, as well as working with vendors to find the best-in-market at cost-efficient merchandising.
- Managing merchandising deployments and developing annual pack out schedule.
- Managing external vendor relationships and ensuring effective prioritization/identifying ways to improve ROI from this support.
- Pursuing and achieving ongoing price savings and cost reductions, in collaboration with the relevant teams.
- Establishing and maintaining processes for inventory management and fulfillment of marketing assets and demo products.
- Adapting and collaborating with all stakeholders through project changes and the evolution of business initiatives.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree or two or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in prepaid wireless.
- Six or more years of experience in marketing, operations, or retail environment.
- Deep understanding of print and production processes.
- Are a self-starter who can identify a need or problem and address it with minimal to no supervision.
- Ability to prepare and lead formal presentations to all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture and ability to make thoughtful decisions.
- Strategic thinking skills and the ability to jump into the details to inform decisions.
- Curiosity, creativity, and are oriented towards developing excellent solutions.
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
