About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Residential Behavior Interventionist, providing direct support and guidance to children and youth with emotional or behavioral challenges.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing healthy, therapeutic relationships with residents
  • Implementing customized behavior plans to promote positive behaviors and address challenging ones
  • Providing safe and reliable supervision, including transportation to community activities and appointments
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and support
