Job Title: Board Certified Behavioral Analyst

Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with autism and their families.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a BCBA who is passionate about delivering naturalistic therapy, specifically the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). You will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team, including speech, occupational therapy, and mental health services, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, oversee, and deliver naturalistic therapy services to young children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting.
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties.
  • Design and implement services based on the ESDM, a play-based form of therapy.
  • Collaborate with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate needed changes to team members and families.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Experience in ABA early intervention.
  • Preferred candidates have a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
