Assistant Operations Manager for Residential Programs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Program Operations Manager to join our team at People Incorporated. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Program Operations Manager in the overall functioning of assigned residential sites.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Structured Routine: Develop and implement daily routines that include house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
- Implement Positive Behavior Support: Implement Positive Behavior Support and individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
- Crisis Management: At times, de-escalation and crisis management techniques may be required to maintain the safety of others.
- Organizational Compliance: Ability to follow organization policies, procedures, and management decisions.
- Quality Treatment and Contract Compliance: Ensure quality treatment and contract compliance, budget management, facilities, hiring, training and retraining staff, and ensuring proper coverage is maintained to meet the individuals' needs while tracking overtime.
- Inter-Residential Site Support: Work with all Residential sites to provide supports as needed.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all necessary equipment and inspections conform to regulatory standards.
- Education and Experience: Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field and one year experience; or suitable combination of education and experience.
- Supervisory Experience: Ability to supervise or coordinate others in a residential setting and respond to division emergencies.
- Criminal Background Check: A qualifying criminal background check, driving record and a valid driver's license are also required.
- Schedule Flexibility: A flexible schedule to include evening hours, weekends, and some holidays.
- Health Screening: A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.
- Interest in C.N.A, PCA and HHA Type Work: Individuals with interest in C.N.A, PCA and HHA type work are encouraged to apply.
- Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology Programs: Students in Human Services, Psychology, and Sociology programs are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to demonstrate effective project management and leadership skills.
