Admissions RN Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Admissions RN to join our team at Providence Service. As an Admissions RN, you will be responsible for handling admissions for Hospice patients and providing direct health care services to patients and their families in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle admissions for Hospice patients
  • Provide direct health care services to patients and their families in their homes
  • Travel to see patients within Thurston, Mason, and/or Lewis counties

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of nursing
  • Washington Registered Nurse License
  • Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of nursing experience
  • 1 year of Hospice, home health, skilled nursing facility, medical/surgical, or oncology experience
