Job Title: Admissions RN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Admissions RN to join our team at Providence Health & Services. As an Admissions RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a smooth transition for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address concerns and provide education.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of nursing experience.
  • 1 year of hospice, home health, skilled nursing facility, medical/surgical, or oncology experience.
