Senior Electrical Engineer for Innovative Hardware Development

Our Electrical Engineering TeamWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Cable and Optics Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex electrical systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in system architecture definition, analysis, and validation. Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving projects forward.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of Dell's product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems, including cable and optics engineering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architectures and validate layouts
- Analyze and optimize electrical systems for performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including cable and optics engineering
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
