Position Overview

Our instructors are enthusiastic, responsible, and passionate math specialists who assist students in developing numerical understanding, enhancing self-esteem, and achieving a comprehensive grasp of mathematical concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Commitment to work with us for a minimum of 9 months.
• Prior experience in tutoring or working with children in grades 1-12 is preferred.
• Math proficiency required through Algebra 2; Pre-Calculus/Calculus knowledge is a plus.

Application Process

• Begin by completing our brief, mobile-friendly online application. You may attach your resume or provide a summary of your educational background and work experience.
• As part of the application, you will schedule an in-center assessment, covering fundamental math concepts through Algebra 2 and Geometry. This assessment lasts up to 2 hours, and calculators are not permitted.
• Achieve a benchmark score of 85% on the assessment to be invited for a video interview with our Center Director and Personnel Director, lasting up to an hour, focusing on your teaching philosophy and student engagement strategies.
• We strive to communicate our hiring decision within a week following your interview.
