As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and empathetic patient care, applying established nursing theories, protocols, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and total patient care for a designated group of patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Exhibit clinical proficiency in executing nursing procedures while understanding the rationale behind each skill.
- Identify patient care challenges and implement interventions based on a thorough understanding of biopsychosocial dynamics.
- Conduct systematic assessments of patient status, anticipating and responding to changes in clinical conditions.
- Encourage the involvement of patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado RN license in good standing.
- BLS certification required to be completed within the conditional period of employment.
- ACLS certification is encouraged for Clinical Team Leads.
- OCN certification is preferred.
- ONS Chemotherapy certification must be obtained within six months of hire; new graduate RNs will have one year from hire to complete this certification.
