At DAVITA, we strive to provide quality service to patients, partners, and teammates.

About Us

We are a clinical leader with the highest percentage of facilities meeting or exceeding CMS's standards in the government's two key performance programs. We aim to deliver empathetic, compassionate care that empowers our patients to take control of their health.

The role of a Registered Nurse at DAVITA involves delivering care to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with patients and their families to build meaningful relationships and ensure their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Your responsibilities will include conducting patient observations, measuring vital signs, and overseeing a group of patients with the support of PCTs. You will also be involved in creating unique treatment plans and leveraging your broad range of nursing skills and knowledge to address complex medical conditions.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. A collaborative approach, combined with empathy and compassion, is essential for success in this position.

Requirements

We require an Associate Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree. ICU, Critical Care Unit, Emergency Room, or Medical Surgical experience is highly valued, as is certification as a Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN).

A flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary to meet the demands of this role. Training may take place in a facility or training clinic other than your assigned home clinic. Float assignments to various clinics during and after training are also expected.

Benefits

DAVITA offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and PTO cash out. Our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most, including access to family resources, EAP counseling sessions, Headspace, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave, pet insurance, and more.

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Colorado residents: please note that compensation may vary based on location and other factors. At DAVITA, we are proud to offer a diverse and inclusive workplace culture where everyone belongs.
