Radiology Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Department Manager to join our team at Select Medical. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Medical Imaging department, ensuring the highest level of quality care and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Supervise and manage a team of Radiologic Technologists, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to provide excellent patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and fiscal responsibility.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist, with a current state license and ARRT or CMRT certification.
- BLS certification required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
