Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small capital projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with Campus Planners and the University Architect to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Prepare project documentation, including technical reports and budget summaries.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, plus five years of experience in managing construction projects. The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 per year.
