Reacts to emergency situations as instructed and in accordance with company policy.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome and engage with individuals entering the facility.
  • Perform necessary identification verification for each customer in line with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that access to the facility is restricted to individuals aged 21 and over.
  • Oversee interactions to sustain a safe and tranquil environment both inside and outside the facility, including the parking area.
  • Monitor and report all incidents and safety concerns to management, suggesting improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with management to gather customer feedback aimed at enhancing safety for both customers and staff.
  • Conduct regular exterior perimeter inspections as scheduled and as required.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service consistently while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.


Due to our dedication to customer service and the welfare of our team, employees may be required to undertake a variety of tasks beyond their usual responsibilities.

Such tasks may or may not relate to their standard duties.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Must be at least 21 years of age.

High School diploma or G.E.D. is preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to comprehend technical procedures or governmental regulations. Capability to effectively communicate information and respond to inquiries from customers and other staff members.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in various units of measure using whole numbers.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to identify issues, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Capability to interpret technical instructions in diverse formats.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS

Must possess a valid Washington State Driver's License if operating a vehicle for work-related tasks.

This position is classified as a sensitive Tribal position. Therefore, applicants must undergo and pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Familiarity with surveillance techniques.
  • Understanding of relevant regulations and ability to familiarize oneself with applicable Tribal Ordinances/Regulations.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS


Ability to perform manual labor tasks which may include sitting, standing, bending, stretching, reaching, performing repetitive tasks, and frequently lifting up to 75 pounds.


WORKING CONDITIONS
This role is situated in a typical retail environment; noise levels can vary from quiet to loud but are generally moderate.
