We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in members, processing payments, and handling customer transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for members and guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide excellent service to members.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Genesis Health Clubs' products and services, including membership options and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Previous front desk experience, preferably in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems and membership software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and member retention.
