We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Café Team Member to join our team at Genesis Health Clubs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage options to meet the needs of our members and guests.
- Manage the café cash drawer, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and making change.
- Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member and guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, including cash handling and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
