We are seeking an experienced Clinical Training Manager to join our team at Marlborough Health & Rehabilitation Center. In this role, you will design and implement training programs for our nursing staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care to our residents.

As a Clinical Training Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering orientation and ongoing training programs that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Collaborating with department heads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and objectives
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to enhance their clinical skills and performance
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities and staff certifications

The estimated salary for this position is $**85,000 - $95,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications.
